未ブート化音源。自作ブート2CDR。78年9月20日シェフィールド・シティホール公演をオーディエンス録音で収録。ツアー開始から11日目。10年ほど前にDIMEから登場した音源。"BREATHLESS TOUR"の音源としては最初期と思われる。

音質はモノラルAUDだが聴きやすい。録音レベルが上下して不安定だが、ここにアップした音源は私が一定になるように修正してあります。

所々でカットがあるが、ほぼ完全収録。ツアー開始から日が浅く、キャラヴァン隊もまだ馴染んでいない為だろうか、演奏はアルバムに忠実で硬い印象を受ける。

ツアー初期に演奏された"SKYLINES"がキャラメルの演奏で聴ける点が本作最大の売り。但し、後半でフェードアウトしてしまう。

"ECHOES"は、アレンジが加えられたバージョン（オフィシャル盤「NEVER LET GO」などで聴けるアレンジ）ではなくアルバムと同じ形で演奏されている。この曲がアレンジなしで演奏されたのはツアー開始から10数公演ほどしかないので貴重だろう。では、試聴音源をどうぞ。

PLEASE NOTE. This series is from my own personal collection they are NOT SOURCED FROM ANY CDRs / OTHER TORRENT SITES ETC. They are from recordings that i traded for between 20 - 35 years ago on audio tape as stated above they have all been boxed up for the past 20 or so years. This is the first time any of them have been digitally transferred. I got this show in the middle 80s off a trader in London. Many many thanks to the trader for sending me a copy & for the taper for taping the show.

There's a second "version" of this concert available at the above link, but it obviously comes from the same master, just EQed a little different. To my ears it's nowhere near as good as the first－which I have already level balanced and corrected errant track markers on. If a better or more complete version pops up I'll post it.
